For the special edition of Suchradius A4, Oliver Schuß created five unique drawings. The works show radial textures drawn in pencil. Each drawing is based on its own parameters – the hardness and diameter of the pencil lead and the repetitive hand movement. What they have in common is the searching movement that begins in the middle of the sheet and unfolds until it fills the entire sheet – in keeping with the title and format of the catalogue.
